2013 Annual Stampede July 24 - 27
DEADLINE - July 23, 2013 @ 4:00pm
Parade Day 2013, Thursday July 25 – 9:00am Downtown, Medicine Hat.
The Parade Committee of the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede, know that the parade entries are significant, and are working to improve the quality of the entries for the enjoyment of the loyal viewers who attend the viewing of the parade each and every year.
So for this reason we are becoming more selective in our approach as to the quality of the entries by having our parade Judges assure that the entries are adhering to the guidelines that are published in our online entry form application.
The parade is always the official kickoff of the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede’s events. The parade is organized by a committee of dedicated volunteers and community supporters.
Your entry into the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede parade is a richly rewarding experience for you to get involved in.
It is a great way to build teamwork, pride and community spirit within your organization while giving back to our community and having a lot of fun in the process.
As you know we just last year celebrated our 125th anniversary and when you enter the parade you will find that there is nothing like parading your civic pride down the street and while doing that you become a part of our long history.
It is also a great way to showcase your business, organization, riding group or what ever you enter. Your entry is viewed by thousands of people on parade day and many more days in the weeks to come on local television.
So come and showcase your product and while doing so celebrate our western heritage which has been a part of us for more than 125 years.

A Word by MHES Parade Committee Chair,
Welcome to the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede Parade 2013.
When you enter the parade you will find that there is nothing like parading your civic pride down the street and while you do that, you become a part of our long history.
Our annual parade is a great way to showcase your business, organization, riding group or whatever you enter. Your entry is viewed by thousands on parade day and many more times in the weeks to come on TV. So come and celebrate our western heritage in a fashion that has been around for more than a 100 years.
Entering in the parade is more than another advertising opportunity for you but rather shows that you are involved in your community and that you are contributing to the Medicine Hat Exhibition as a community organization.
On behalf of the parade committee, I invite you to take part in this great event. We believe that the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede Parade is second to none and we would like to see you participate in this event.
If you have any questions please feel free to call me or any member of our parade committee and we will do our best to answer your question for you.
Thanks for entering and we will see you on Parade Day!
