Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede is thrilled to be hosting Canada Day! We will have a fun packed day for the whole family, including food, games and exhibits. There is something for everyone!

We kick off at 8:00 am with a Pancake Breakfast in the Cypress Centre parking lot until 10:00 am. Enjoy entertainment from a local musician.

Starting at 12:00 pm, the MHES will welcome Hatters to the grounds for various activities for all ages including live music & entertainment, food trucks, children’s activities, farmer’s market, axe-throwing, and cultural activities. Safety City and Pioneer Village will also be open for Hatters to check out.

From 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm the Medicine Hat Skateboard Association in partnership with the Centre and Cousins Skateboard Community, will be hosting the Thunderdome, a skateboard and cultural presentation.

Come join us at 8:00 pm in the Grandstand for a live concert from FOXX Worthee followed by The Chevelles performing at 9:30 pm.

Finally, the evening will end with a spectacular firework show celebrating Canada’s Birthday!

All activities held on the grounds will follow all guidelines set out by the Alberta Chief Medical Officer of Health.
